As the days are getting warmer, this is the best time to do outdoor activities. As the days are getting longer it is better to soak up in that much needed sunshine, after all these colder months. So here is the Spring Bucket List : 50 Spring Activities to try this year! 

If you have been dreading to go outside, but don’t know what activity to do, then this is your chance. Remember the covid times when we were all locked up inside our home? It was horrible right ? So, now when we have the chance to live outside lets use this opportunity to the fullest and be grateful for the small things we can enjoy this spring.

Our body is a temple and we need to take care of it, in a healthy way. What better time to do activities that make our body feel energized than in the spring. When the sun in shining and the days are brighter,head outside and make yourself happy.

  • Join a running club, and start going for morning or evening runs.
  • Go swimming in a sea, lake or river ! Take out your friends and enjoy the water on a random weekend.

  • Put on our hiking boots and go on a hike. Hiking in the Spring offers a great time to enjoy nature, blooming flowers and trees.

  • Try volunteering for a community project. Connect with new people and work towards shared goals. Once I tried volunteering for on animal shelter and I had the best time with the furry friends.
  • Go apple or strawberry picking, enjoy fresh fruits while getting some physical activity done.

Mind-Spring activities

If our body is our temple then our mind is the god. Mental health is equally important as physical health. Taking care of our mind and planting the right thoughts into it this spring will help us reap the benefits of it in the long run. These activities don’t have to be extensive or there is no reason for it to be done perfectly. Just relax and enjoy the activity as it is and give your mind the space to be grow and be free.

  • Try gardening. If you are a beginner Start with a few new plants from the nursery or also try to grow vegetables from seeds. If you are a pro then try growing new plant cutting, repot your fully grown plants into bigger containers. 
  • Go on a pottery class, try making new cups and mugs. This is such a fun activity to try out with a friend.

  • Spring declutter your space, for a refreshed new home. There are so many 30 day declutter challenges that will help you make your home a brand new space.
  • Try flower arrangements, pick seasonal flowers and arrange them in a vase to place them in your dining room.
  • Try painting spring landscapes. You don’t need to be an artist to paint, just be a beginner and it out.
  • Go for bird watching, and spot new birds in your area.
